I suspect Andrew Cuomo was PAID off.. just what I think.. I mean come on Intel has Big Money.. and well NY is famous for whitewashing and pay offs... ( www.SecondDepartment.com ) .. the Supreme Court seems Corrupt .. the State Bar.. Ethics Committee seems Corrupt .. So doubtful that NYAG will have the Balls to Really Stand up to CEO Paul Otellini and the Intel Nation...
